2. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a paid service is activated and delivered, it is considered used and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Membership access once billing is processed

  • Featured profile placement once live on the website

  • In-app purchases that are successfully delivered

  • Any digital service already provided

By using the paid service after purchase, you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and waive your right to a refund under this section.

3. Refund Eligibility

6. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund of the current billing cycle.

  • After cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
